Gina Coccimiglio, Den’s wife has a passion for food that began as a child in her parent’s restaurants. A love of travel, especially to Italy and France, and experiencing the foods of different cultures formed the desire to bring the best of her childhood and travel food memories to Park City in a small boutique bistro. Thirty years in health care, Gina continues to see patients during the day, and will finish her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in a few months. The bistro, and creating uniquely beautiful, meals is her “after hours” passion when she joins her culinary team. Combining childhood memories with new modern internationally influenced cuisine with the highest quality ingredients lends itself to simple food to enjoy with friends and family in a fun, unique setting that is not found anywhere else in Park City. Not to mention the wine pairings!
